Tcules is a design-led product engineering company helping SaaS and tech-first businesses build scalable digital products. Our work spans product design, design systems, frontend and full-stack engineering, and increasingly AI-first product development.
We work closely with founders, product teams, and business leaders to turn ideas into production-ready software. As we grow our business development function, we're looking for a junior BD professional who can support our senior BD lead in building a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
What this role really isThis is a junior business development role focused primarily on lead generation, prospect research, outbound outreach, and follow-up execution.
You will work closely with the senior Business Development & Growth person, who will define the sales strategy, target segments, outreach direction, and business development plan. Your role will be to support that plan with disciplined research, accurate lead building, thoughtful outreach, and clear communication.
This role is ideal for someone early in their BD career who has strong communication skills, is curious about B2B sales, and wants to learn how modern business development works inside a design and product engineering company.
The senior role owns broader responsibilities such as consultative selling, prospect meetings, solution pitching, proposal strategy, revenue planning, and growth ownership; this junior role will support those efforts mainly through research, outreach, and pipeline-building activities.
