Role: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad.
Office Timings: 9 to 6 ( Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the VP's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with utmost discretion.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings, ensuring timely execution of decisions.
- Serve as a liaison between the VP's and internal/external stakeholders.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the VP.
- Draft, review, and proofread emails, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership teams.
Strategic & Business Support:
- Conduct research and provide key insights to assist in decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, board presentations, and other strategic documents.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Event & Travel Management:
- Plan and coordinate business trips, including flight bookings, accommodations, visas, and itinerary management.
- Organise corporate events, conferences, and leadership meetings.
Office & Task Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Letter Drafting & Email Writing), strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate governance and board-related activities.
- Familiarity with business analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
