About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and multi-faceted Junior Communication Specialist to join our Hyderabad team. This role is integral to supporting senior management through high-quality communication, documentation, and coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal Writing & Documentation
- Draft, edit, and finalize proposals, reports, and business documents
- Conduct research to gather accurate and relevant information
- Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client requirements
2. Presentation Development
- Create professional, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with leadership to structure impactful content
- Maintain brand consistency across all presentations
3. Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
4. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Respond to client/vendor queries professionally and promptly
- Ensure smooth internal and external communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Administrative roles
- Strong experience in proposal writing and document preparation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
