Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Noida
Reports to: Managing Director (MD)
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the MD will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth functioning of the MD's office. The EA will manage scheduling, communications, meetings, travel, and confidential information while acting as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. The role demands a proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional individual who can operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar and Schedule Management:
o Maintain the MD's daily schedule, including meetings, calls, and travel plans.
o Prioritise and reschedule appointments as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities.
Communication Management:
o Manage and respond to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the MD.
o Draft, review, and proofread communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Meeting Coordination:
o Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
o Ensure the MD is fully briefed ahead of meetings.
Travel Arrangements:
o Plan and book domestic and international travel, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
o Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage expense reporting.
Project Management Support:
o Assist in managing specific projects, initiatives, and tasks as directed by the MD.
o Track progress and ensure timely completion of action items.
Stakeholder Management:
o Serve as a point of contact between the MD and employees, clients, vendors, and external partners.
o Maintain professional relationships on behalf of the MD.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
o Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Administrative Support:
o Manage filing systems, database management, and document organization.
o Perform basic HR, finance, and operational tasks on behalf of the MD if required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
510 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Experience in handling highly confidential information.
Familiarity with corporate and operational practices.
