Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Communication Management
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Draft professional documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordination & Liaison
- Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Project & Research Support
- Assist in planning and tracking key projects.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for leadership.
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- 25 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms.
