Position: Executive Assistant (EA) to Director

Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and MOMs
- Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely closures
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment on priorities
- Support the Director in strategic initiatives, projects, and reviews
- Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and key business reviews
- Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Manage correspondence, emails, and documentation on behalf of the Director

- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 36 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
- Experience working with CXO / Director-level stakeholders preferred
