Job Description: Executive Assistant (2 - 5 Years of Experience)

Position: Executive Assistant

Department: Business Development

Location: New Delhi

Reports To: Director

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone with 23 years of EA or administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Finance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Executive Support

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence, calls, and documentation for executives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting briefs.
  • Prioritize and track tasks to ensure timely completion.

2. Administrative Operations

  • Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records.
  • Draft emails, letters, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations.

3. Meeting Coordination

  • Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials.
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.
  • Assist in planning executive events and team offsites.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate professionally on behalf of leadership.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across departments.

5. Project Assistance

  • Support research, reports, and small-scale projects as assigned.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance
