Job Description

Job Summary:

Primo Dialler is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Manager with strong experience in SaaS, technology, and enterprise sales across the US and UK markets.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in outbound sales, enterprise client acquisition, cold calling, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.

This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in a target-driven B2B sales environment and are confident engaging with international clients.

Experience in US outbound cold calling is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales activities for Primo Dialler's products across US and UK markets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Identify and acquire enterprise clients through consultative sales engagement and relationship building.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, product demos, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate Primo Dialler's value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Handle objections professionally and negotiate commercial terms to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client experience.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 7–10 years of experience in SaaS, technology, telecom, or enterprise B2B sales.
  • Strong experience selling to clients in US and UK markets.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, negotiations, and revenue growth.
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms, dialler solutions, telecom products, or related technology services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working in USA/UK shift timings and flexible as per business requirements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently driving sales performance.
  • Candidates residing in Noida, Indirapuram, Delhi, or Gurugram will be preferred for this role.
