Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Manager India to join our sales team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of SaaS sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from pipeline generation to deal closure. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, your focus will be on driving new business, managing key accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Bangalore - Office Based

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle sales for assigned accounts or territory, including prospecting and lead generation; qualification and discovery; solution presentations and product demos; proposal preparation, negotiation, and contracting; closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM tools.
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

Experience And Qualifications

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience in closing enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of closing end-to-end deals independently.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or AI chat and voice agents is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
