The Role

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager / Account Manager who can open doors, navigate complex sales cycles, and close enterprise deals.

This is a field-intensive role involving 5–6 client meetings daily. You will own both enterprise sales and post-sales account growth, ensuring customers successfully adopt our solutions and generate long-term value.

What You'll Own

→ Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts with revenue accountability

→ Prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals

→ Build a self-generated pipeline through outreach and referrals

→ Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders

→ Conduct client meetings for demos, onboarding, and relationship management

→ Drive product adoption across CRM, WhatsApp automation, AI Agents, and tele-calling solutions

→ Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

→ Maintain accurate pipeline and account updates in CRM

What We're Looking For

✔ 4–8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales / SaaS sales / account management

✔ Experience selling CRM, ERP, or SaaS solutions

✔ Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to handle end-to-end customer lifecycle (sales to growth)

✔ Prior experience in field sales or high client-facing roles

✔ Comfortable with frequent in-person client meetings

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management

✔ High ownership mindset and execution focus

  • Acquire new enterprise clients and close high-value deals
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Account Management & Growth

  • Drive onboarding, product adoption, and retention
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities

Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular in-person meetings for demos, training, and relationship building
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve product experience
  • Share customer feedback to enhance offerings
