About The Role
- Hello Mentor is hiring a passionate Client Relationship Specialist – Engineering Counselling to mentor students and parents through CET and engineering admissions
- The role focuses on helping them make informed decisions based on rank, interests, and career goals
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end counselling and 1:1 mentorship
- Guide on rank analysis, college and branch selection, and admission strategy
- Support counselling processes such as JoSAA, KCET, COMEDK, VITEEE, BITSAT, etc.
- Assist with choice filling, seat allotment, and admission decisions
- Analyse cut-offs, trends, and seat matrices for strategic guidance
- Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction

- Role: Engineering Counsellor
- CTC: Up to 6 LPA
- Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru
- Type: Full-time, Onsite (6 days/week)
- Experience: 1 Year
- Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days
