Job Summary

The Parent Counsellor is responsible for guiding and counselling parents regarding the

company's educational programs, helping them understand the benefits, and supporting

them in making informed decisions for their children.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel parents about academic programs and learning solutions

• Explain course details, benefits, and outcomes

• Handle parent inquiries through calls, meetings, and walk-ins

• Build trust and maintain relationships with parents

• Follow up with interested parents and convert leads into enrollments

• Address concerns and provide proper guidance

• Maintain records of interactions in CRM/Excel

• Coordinate with sales and academic teams

Qualification

• AnyGraduate (Psychology/Education preferred)
