Role overvie
wThe Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child's learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversation
Key responsibilities
- Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs
- Understand the child's current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths
- Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes
- Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environments
- Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Work schedule & Requirements
- Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement
- Shift timing: US Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift)
- Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore
- Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipl
- Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.
- Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role
- Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mind set.
