Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective students & working professionals through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries generated via online platforms
  • Assess student requirements, academic background, and career objectives to provide tailored course recommendations
  • Counsel learners on UG/PG programs effectively, highlighting key features, outcomes, and career benefits
  • Guide students through the end-to-end admission process including eligibility, documentation, and application steps
  • Follow up consistently with interested candidates to drive enrollments
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and conversion targets

Candidate Requirements (Profile, Skills & Experience)

  • Graduate in any discipline; final-year students and freshers are encouraged to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with students over calls
  • Basic understanding of sales principles with a willingness to work in a target-driven environment
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to build a career in the EdTech industry
