Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students & working professionals through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries generated via online platforms
- Assess student requirements, academic background, and career objectives to provide tailored course recommendations
- Counsel learners on UG/PG programs effectively, highlighting key features, outcomes, and career benefits
- Guide students through the end-to-end admission process including eligibility, documentation, and application steps
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates to drive enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and conversion targets
Candidate Requirements (Profile, Skills & Experience)
- Graduate in any discipline; final-year students and freshers are encouraged to apply
- 0–2 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with students over calls
- Basic understanding of sales principles with a willingness to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to build a career in the EdTech industry
