Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, research markets, and generate qualified leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
• Generate new leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
• Assist in the development of demand generation strategies.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
• Support the sales team in qualifying leads and setting up meetings.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights into competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and improve lead generation campaigns.
Basic Qualification
• Completed degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ year of experience in Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
