As an Academic Counsellor at EdifyChamps, you will play a key role in guiding students towards their academic and career goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Your responsibilities will include providing academic advising, offering career counseling, and understanding students educational needs to suggest tailored learning paths. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with students and parents, and support their academic journeys while fostering a positive and encouraging environment.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide students effectively on their educational journey
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and educational teams
• Experience in Career Counseling and Education to help students identify and achieve their goals
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is advantageous
• Familiarity with online tutoring and modern educational tools is a plus
