Role Overview
We are hiring Telecallers (E-commerce Sales) Specialist who can handle high-volume leads, convert inquiries into sales, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and CRM handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from website, ads, WhatsApp, and campaigns
- Convert leads into successful orders and repeat customers
- Explain product benefits clearly and address customer concerns
- Perform consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates
- Use CRM tools to manage and track leads effectively
- Work with IVR systems for call handling
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
- Maintain daily reporting of calls, conversions, and performance
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth order processing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year experience in telecalling / sales / customer support (e-commerce preferred)
- Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Experience using CRM tools and IVR systems
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable in a target-based environment
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online customer journeys
Preferred Background
- Experience in Ayurveda / Healthcare / Supplements / Wellness brands / Counselling
- Prior experience in D2C or e-commerce companies
- Familiarity with women's health products is a plus
