Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The specialist will handle tasks including developing and executing sales strategies, reaching out to prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales activities. Additionally, the role involves conducting client training sessions, promoting company offerings, and ensuring excellent customer experiences throughout the sales process. Should be social media entusiast and should know all the tools.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to deliver effective Training sessions to clients or team members to enhance understanding of products and services.
- Time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or other sales management tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
