Thrive Marketing is a growing digital marketing company planning to launch a Digital Marketing Academy. We are looking for a responsible and organized Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations, student coordination, and support trainers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily class schedules and academic activities
  • Manage student inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
  • Maintain student attendance and academic records
  • Coordinate with trainers for course delivery
  • Support in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events
  • Handle communication between management, trainers, and students

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • 1–2 years experience in education / training institute preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of digital marketing courses
  • Experience in student counseling or admissions
  • Social media handling knowledge
