Thrive Marketing is a growing digital marketing company planning to launch a Digital Marketing Academy. We are looking for a responsible and organized Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations, student coordination, and support trainers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily class schedules and academic activities
- Manage student inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
- Maintain student attendance and academic records
- Coordinate with trainers for course delivery
- Support in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events
- Handle communication between management, trainers, and students
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1–2 years experience in education / training institute preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing courses
- Experience in student counseling or admissions
- Social media handling knowledge
