We sell across multiple marketplaces in India and internationally and are looking for a highly experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our complete marketplace operations.

Role: E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a candidate with strong practical experience in managing marketplace operations from end to end. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage listings, inventory, FBA/FBF operations, claims, reconciliations and marketplace performance across multiple platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

• Manage seller accounts across:
• Amazon India
• Amazon International
• Flipkart
• Myntra
• IndiaMART
• Alibaba
• Justdial
• Company Website (Shopify)
• Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Product Listings

• Create new listings from scratch.
• Perform bulk product uploads and catalogue creation.
• Manage parent-child variations.
• Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend attributes.
• Improve listing quality and discoverability.
• Maintain listing hygiene by regularly updating content, images and specifications.

Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor inventory across all marketplaces.
• Prevent stock-outs and overselling.
• Coordinate replenishment with warehouse and operations teams.
• Manage order processing and fulfilment.

Amazon Operations

• Manage Amazon FBA inventory.
• Manage FBF (Easy Ship/Seller Fulfilled) operations.
• Plan inventory replenishment.
• Resolve stranded inventory issues.
• Handle shipment creation and inbound planning.
• Monitor account health and policy compliance.

Claims & Reimbursements

• Handle Amazon reimbursement claims.
• Manage lost, damaged and warehouse claims.
• Raise and track marketplace support tickets until resolution.
• Recover eligible reimbursements.

Payment & Reconciliation

• Perform marketplace payment reconciliation.
• Verify settlements and deductions.
• Identify discrepancies in payouts.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for issue resolution.

Marketplace Performance

• Monitor Buy Box performance.
• Improve product visibility.
• Manage pricing and promotions.
• Track account health metrics.
• Maintain excellent seller performance standards.

Reports & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor listing performance.
• Analyse marketplace trends.
• Recommend improvements to increase sales.

Skills Required

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on marketplace management experience.
• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Knowledge of Amazon International marketplaces.
• Experience managing IndiaMART, Alibaba, Justdial and Myntra seller accounts.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

Important Hiring Criteria

Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

We are looking for candidates with genuine practical experience—not just theoretical knowledge.

Candidates should have independently managed marketplace accounts and be able to demonstrate their work during the interview.

During the interview, shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete practical tasks, such as:

• Creating a product listing.
• Uploading products in bulk.
• Resolving a listing issue.
• Reconciling a marketplace settlement.
• Explaining FBA inventory management.
• Handling reimbursement or claim scenarios.
