About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, JioMart and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product listings, catalogue optimization, sales analysis, and promotional campaign execution to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, content optimization, and keyword strategies across multiple platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra , Blinkit, Zepto,means Quick commerce and non quick commerce both etc.
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock availability, and visuals are updated regularly.
• Handle the day-to-day operations of e-commerce portals including order tracking, returns, and inventory sync.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, supply chain, marketing) for timely listing and promotions.
• Optimize product pages for SEO and platform algorithms to improve rankings and conversions.
• Execute seasonal campaigns, deals, and ad promotions (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing strategies, and platform trends.
• Analyze performance reports (GMV, ROAS, CTR, ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales)etc.) and take data-driven actions to improve KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with account managers at key platforms.
• Manage quick commerce formats including express listings, priority inventory, and dynamic pricing.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce and/or quick commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and quick commerce dashboards.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, promotions, etc.) related to e-commerce.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with FMCG, Consumer Products. clothing fashion, etc in e-commerce.
• Worked with image/content creation teams or agencies.
