About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial E-commerce Specialist who can independently build, manage, and scale our online commerce presence. This is a zero-to-one role ideal for someone who thrives in ownership, experimentation, and execution.

You will be responsible for identifying product opportunities, launching collections, managing digital storefronts, and driving revenue growth across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Meta Shop.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Business Ownership

Identify and validate new product opportunities (art kits, workshops, merchandise, DIY kits, etc.)

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy

Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch to scale

2. E-commerce Store Management

Manage and optimize Shopify website (catalog, collections, UX, conversions)

Set up and manage listings on Amazon, Meta Shop (Instagram/Facebook), and other marketplaces

Ensure seamless product cataloging, tagging, and merchandising

3. Cataloging & Listings

Create compelling product listings (titles, descriptions, SEO keywords)

Coordinate product photography, creatives, and content

Maintain SKU structure, inventory sync, and product updates

4. Performance Marketing & Distribution

Work closely on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace promotions

Optimize digital distribution across channels (D2C + marketplaces)

Drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases

5. Analytics & Growth

Track and analyze key metrics: CAC, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, retention

Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Insights

Run A/B tests across pricing, creatives, and landing pages

Generate weekly insights and growth recommendations

6. Operations & Execution

Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce

Manage order flow, fulfillment coordination, and customer experience

Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions

Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C / marketplace management
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Commerce Manager
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing + performance funnels
  • Experience with international selling / cross-border e-commerce
  • Highly analytical comfortable with data, dashboards, and decision-making
  • Entrepreneurial mindset self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong execution skills can move from idea launch scale independently

Location: Rajni Dutta Art & Design, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Timing: 10am-7:30pm

Weekly Off: Sunday

Annual Leave Policy

  • Casual Leave: 12 (accrue one per month)
  • Additional Personal Time Off: 12 (accrue one per month)
  • Festival/Company/National Holiday: 12 (incase studio is operational, comp off will be provided on mutually agreed day within 2 weeks)
