BolsterBiz seeks a proactive and experienced
Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, independence, and a results-driven mindset to support and enhance our e-commerce and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via Phones, Emails and Chat with exceptional professionalism.
- Collaborate with manufacturers, couriers, and other stakeholders in our business.
- Manage POs, refunds, discounts, inventory, and damage trackers.
- Operate Shopify for order management and inventory control.
- Assist in creating and refining processes and implementing strategic solutions.
- Support online marketing efforts using tools like Canva, Pinterest, and Instagram.
Requirements
- At least 2.5 - 3 years of international customer support experience in E-commerce domain is preferred (Voice/Phone Support Preferred)
- Proficient in Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with online shopping trends and tools (Canva, social media marketing).
- Familiarity with CRM tool, Gorgias CRM Preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, curious, and independent work ethic.
- Open to work in NIGHT SHIFT.
