Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Noida. The E-commerce Specialist will manage various aspects of online sales, including product listings, optimizing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The role also includes coordinating with other teams, addressing customer inquiries, improving communication, and driving sales growth in the dynamic e-commerce environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, performance tracking, and decision-making
- Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales strategies to enhance online business performance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and customers
- Prior experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is an advantage.
Experience: 1-4 Years
Salary: 15k-30k
Working Days: 5 Days WFO, Sat WFH
