Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactiveE-commerce Order Dispatch & Operations Executiveto handle end-to-end order processing, dispatch, and basic operations acrossFlipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and our own website. The role also involves maintaining order records, basic profit tracking, and supporting listings and website updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and dispatch daily orders fromFlipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and website
- Ensuretimely dispatchas per platform SLA
- Pick, pack, label, and dispatch orders accurately
- Coordinate with courier partners and pickup teams
- UpdateAWB, tracking details, and order status
- MaintainExcel sheetsfor:
- Orders received (incoming)
- Orders dispatched (outgoing)
- Returns, RTO, exchanges
- Preparemonthly order & basic profit summary(sales vs costs)
- Assist inproduct listing learning and supporton marketplaces
- Showcuriosity and willingness to learn listings, pricing, and catalog management
- Makebasic changes/updates on the websitewhen necessary (content, product updates, stock status)
- Ensure proper packaging and minimize damages
- Share daily and monthly reports with management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience withAmazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal
- Good knowledge ofExcel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding ofcosting, margins, and profit tracking
- Familiar with shipping labels, invoices, and AWB generation
- Basic website handling knowledge (Shopify / preferred)
- Detail-oriented,
