Role: Ecommerce Executive Shopify
Compensation: 20,00025,000 / month (CTC)
Location: Gurugram (Sector 27) | Timing: MonSat, 9 AM6 PM, 2nd Sat off
What you'll do
- Catalog & Listings: Create/optimize product pages (titles, images, variants, tags, SEO), manage collections, and ensure GST/HSN accuracy.
- Inventory & OMS: Sync stock via Unicommerce, prevent OOS, coordinate GRN updates, and manage bundles.
- Orders & Returns: Daily order QC, packing SLAs, RTO/returns coordination via ClickPost/Shiprocket; raise tickets with couriers when needed.
- Promotions: Set up coupons, price rules, offers; schedule homepage/collection banners (work with design team).
- Feeds & Integrations: Maintain Meta/Google product feeds, resolve disapprovals, ensure pixel & conversions API sanity.
- Store Hygiene: Check speed/apps, broken links, 404s, search redirects; maintain navigation and filters.
- Reporting: Daily/weekly trackers for sales, CR, AOV, OOS %, RTO %, top SKUs; basic GA4 & Shopify analytics; Excel/Sheets dashboards.
- Customer Ops Support: Assist with replacement/size exchanges; coordinate with support team (Ozonetel/WhatsApp).
Must-have skills
- 12 years in Ecommerce (Shopify-first role preferred).
- Hands-on with Shopify Admin, Unicommerce, Shiprocket/ClickPost, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4.
- Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, alt text), image handling, CSV bulk uploads.
- Strong ownership, speed, and accuracy.
Good-to-have
- Basic HTML/Liquid familiarity, Canva/Figma comfort, UTM hygiene, knowledge of COD fraud/RTO reduction tactics.
- Exposure to Keka HRMS workflows (nice to have).
