Brief About The Team

B and M Retail vertical of TATA 1mg is a unique setup of Retail, where we offer best-in-class pharmacy,

diagnostics, and e-consultation under one roof. The team is responsible for In-Store operations execution,

fulfilling error-free medicine dispensing, in-store Product Management C the best-in-class In-store

customer experience. The team closely works with Warehousing, Merchandising, and Marketing teams

to Identify customer

requirements and fulfilling them with quality and commitment.

What Will You Do

Sales Team Leadership

Oversee and guide the sales team across multiple cities to achieve sales targets and

customer satisfaction goals.

Establish clear sales KPIs and monitor performance, providing regular feedback and

coaching.

Store Infrastructure & Maintenance

Manage the store infrastructure team to ensure timely maintenance and adherence to

safety and quality standards.

Drive initiatives to improve store layouts and ensure optimal functionality of all facilities.

Visual Merchandising

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience

and drive sales.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and effective in-store

promotions.

Training & Development

Oversee the training team to ensure employees are well-trained in customer service,

product knowledge, and store operations.

Develop programs to upskill staff and maintain a motivated and high-performing team.

Retail Operations Management

Ensure all stores operate efficiently and profitably, adhering to company standards and

policies.

Regularly analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and

implement corrective actions.

Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance

customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain,

to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

Act as a key liaison between store teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

8-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and multi-city teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership skills with a knack for driving collaboration across teams.
