Director - Front End Planning, Data Centre Development

 Lead master planning and campus planning for data centre projects

• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules for design and construction phases

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of project timelines

• Establish pre-construction planning aligned with Build Development Plan (BDP)

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with global FEP teams, APAC teams, Design & Execution (DES), Project Controls Group (PCG), and Data Centre Services (DCS)

• Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple regional and functional teams

• Engage with client program managers for planning and execution updates

Project Controls & Governance

• Manage project controls using enterprise project management systems

• Execute term sheet processes and funding requests

• Initiate contracts and manage stage gate workflows

• Ensure stage gate approvals (Gate 1 & Gate 2) compliance

• Maintain risk registers and perform end-to-end risk analysis

• Manage design tracking, RFIs, and change management processes

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly project dashboards

• Support APAC quarterly and monthly reporting cycles

• Develop executive-level reports and CP reports

• Maintain templates, proformas, and project documentation

Process Improvement & Strategy

• Drive process improvements aligned with construction agreements and project manuals

• Support OKRs and strategic planning initiatives

• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and cross-functional coordination meetings

• Enhance operational efficiency across planning lifecycle

Vendor & Interface Management

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for project execution

• Ensure alignment between planning, design, and execution stakeholders

• Support interface management across multiple project functions

Travel & Regional Coordination

• Support APAC-wide projects with up to 25% travel requirement

• Adapt planning and execution across multiple geographies
