Job Description

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure FM services meet client requirements

• Coordinate major operational transitions including financial, technological, and process changes

• Evaluate change requests and work with management to approve or reject proposed changes

• Develop detailed transition plans including scope, schedule, risks, and budget requirements

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate process and system changes

• Ensure smooth execution of transitions within defined timelines and cost limits

• Track transition progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams

• Identify transition-related risks and implement corrective action plans

• Provide support during unplanned organizational changes and critical transitions

• Implement reporting tools, dashboards, and technological platforms for transition tracking

• Collaborate with regional and training teams for seamless execution of transition activities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols during transitions

• Maintain documentation and reporting for audit and governance purposes
