Engineering Project Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for tracking of all ongoing projects progress & co-ordination with purchase team, consultant, site project execution & vendors to ensure timely execution and removal of any bottlenecks

Areas of Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate able to perform Basic design and detailed Engg for API projects
• Preparation of Project estimation with schedule milestone - micro activity chart
• Preparation of equipment data sheet technical comparison with lifecycle cost as OPEX and CAPEX
• Preparation of layout –PFD – P & I as per project requirement
• Project co-ordination with site for URS- Data sheet completion
• Tracking of Project Progress as per master schedule, highlighting critical deviation with action
• Co-ordination with Project consultant for basic and detailed engg
• Co-ordination with Purchase team for procurement completion giving required input details
• Co-ordination with vendors for technical discussion- quote - drawing receipt and approval
• Co-ordination with vendors / contractors for periodic inspection and timely completion of job
• Co-ordination inter-department streams involving civil – mechanical- process – automation – electrical design for execution
• Preparation of monthly report for all ongoing project – budget tracking – PR-PO tracking for timely completion
• Site project execution – coordination with all stake holders for timely completion of projects
