Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing, paid media campaigns, and digital analytics, with the ability to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and display channels
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with lead generation and brand awareness goals
Performance Marketing
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Manage and scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Generate reports and insights to improve campaign performance
Audience Targeting
- Segment and target audiences using CRM tools and marketing platforms
- Implement personalization strategies to improve engagement
Content & Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
Budget Management
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels
Testing & Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
Required Skills
- 45 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Facebook / Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and digital analytics
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
