Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate must be analytical, data-driven, and capable of delivering consistent, measurable results across multiple ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and Analytics.
  • Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for high-performing ad copies and creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, ad formats, and performance trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google ads management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM.
  • Experience in managing budgets and scaling campaigns effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and reporting abilities.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience working in an agency or handling multiple client accounts.
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement.
