About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to join the Central Marketing Team at CASE. In this role, you will work across multiple CASE businesses - to scale acquisition, optimise performance funnels, and run structured experimentation on Meta, Google, and remarketing channels. You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and martech teams to build a scalable, ROI-positive acquisition engine.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Execution: Execute campaign launches across platforms (Meta, Google App/Perf Max, YouTube)
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing detailed reports and insights on campaign performance. Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ad tech setup: Should be very savvy and be able to evaluate multiple platforms, onboard partners, set planning principles and manage campaigns.
  • Optimization: Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations and plans. The role requires close collaboration with partners - Google/Facebook/Twitter, 3rd party - publisher ecosystem, content & creative Team, analytics
  • Reporting & Measurement: Thinking beyond just media metrics, working towards business attribution of the media impact. Build weekly and monthly dashboards, present campaign performance, learnings, and next-step experiments.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 24 years of experience in hands-on performance marketing
  • Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads + Google Ads (App + Search + YouTube).
  • Strong analytical capability, comfort with funnel analysis, numbers, and insights.
  • Experience with Appsflyer/GA4/Amplitude
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and verticals simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of core metrics (CPI, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ARPU)

Nice to-haves

  • Experience in fintech, credit, or investment apps.
  • Exposure to martech event setup or attribution troubleshooting.
  • Experience running performance support for influencer-led campaigns.
