Ideal candidate we are looking for:

● Assist in planning, scheduling, and deploying Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns across multiple geographies.

● Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to ensure timely creative and content delivery. Automation & Lifecycle Journeys

● Learn and implement automated workflows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement).

● Ensure error-free execution of lifecycle campaigns to improve customer engagement. Data Management & Analytics

● Support customer list segmentation, data hygiene, and campaign targeting.

● Track and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue contribution).

● Learn to use Customer Data Platform (CDP) for segmentation, personalization, and reporting. AI, Competitor Research & Martech Adoption

● Learn and apply AI tools for personalization, content optimization, and performance enhancement.

● Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify industry best practices in luxury e-commerce marketing.

● Gain exposure to and experiment with advanced Martech technologies (ESP, CDP, automation platforms, analytics tools). Continuous Optimization

● Participate in A/B testing for subject lines, templates, offers, and journey flows.

● Document learnings and propose actionable recommendations for improving KPIs. Cross-functional Collaboration

● Work closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

We are Looking For

● Recent graduates from IIMs/IITs with interest in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce.

● Strong interest in digital marketing, Martech, AI applications, and e commerce.

● Basic understanding of email marketing concepts (bonus if hands-on with any ESP).

● Analytical mindset with good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

● Strong communication, coordination, and execution focus.
