Hiring: Order Management (Telecom Billing) – Jaipur

Location: Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 2–5 Years

CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹5 LPA

Shift: Americas Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

* Handle customer/internal billing queries, disputes & service validations

* Ensure billing accuracy, SLA adherence & coordination with cross-functional teams

* Experience in telecom processes (Billing / Order / Service Management ) preferred

* Strong exposure to end-to-end Order Management, Sales Order & Purchase Order

* Proficient in MS Excel with good analytical & communication skills

* Experience in BPO/KPO with tools like SAP / Salesforce / Oracle preferred

Education:

* Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.A / B.Sc / B.Tech)

* Finance/Commerce background preferred (not mandatory)
