Are you a mortgage or banking operations professional who is comfortable speaking with clients and understands the business side of home loans
Join a Canadian mortgage company and play a key role in managing mortgage files end‑to‑end while collaborating directly with clients and Canada‑based stakeholders.
This is a process‑driven role with structured client interaction and coordination responsibilities not an aggressive sales position.
Role Overview
You will manage Canadian mortgage applications from document collection through submission readiness. The role involves regular communication with clients to explain requirements, resolve documentation gaps, and ensure smooth and timely file progression.
While there is no hard selling or revenue pressure, the position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and sound financial understanding.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to explain document requirements, timelines, and next steps
• Collect, review, and validate mortgage documents such as income proof, bank statements, IDs, and credit reports
• Perform accurate data entry and updates in CRM / Loan Origination Systems
• Proactively follow up with clients and Canada‑based teams to ensure consistent file movement
• Track pipeline status and ensure SLAs and quality standards are met
• Maintain strict confidentiality, compliance, and documentation accuracy
Who We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage processing, loan operations, banking, or financial services
• Comfortable speaking with clients regularly via phone and email
• Strong English communication and professional articulation
• Good understanding of financial documents and lending workflows
• Proficient in Excel, email, and CRM systems
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Shift timing: approximately 9 PM – 6 AM IST (aligned with Canada PST)
