Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Middle Mile Dispatch Executive to manage transportation operations for our European clients. This role requires strong real-time coordination, trip monitoring, issue handling, and smooth execution of middle mile logistics operations.

A key requirement for this role is fluency in Spanish. The candidate should be able to communicate confidently in Spanish and understand the language well for day-to-day operational coordination. Preference will be given to candidates who are at least B2 certified in Spanish or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage live trips, routes, and load movements across European networks
  • Coordinate with drivers, carriers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
  • Track delays, identify risks, and take proactive corrective actions
  • Handle real-time escalations such as breakdowns, delays, no-shows, and HOS-related risks
  • Maintain accurate updates in dispatch systems and internal tools
  • Communicate effectively with clients and operational stakeholders through calls, emails, and chat platforms in both Spanish and English
  • Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Share regular updates and reports with internal teams and stakeholders

Schedule Expectations

  • Open and flexible availability is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure operational environment 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding and comprehension of the Spanish language
  • Preferred: B2 certification in Spanish or Bachelor's degree in Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of transportation operations, dispatch, or fleet coordination
  • Comfortable working night shifts and rotational schedules
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch tools
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability
