About the RoleAcceleratorX is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in the EdTech industry who can manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across performance marketing, SEO, content, and brand-building activities to drive learner acquisition and brand visibility.
This role requires someone who understands how EdTech growth works from lead generation to conversion-focused marketing funnels.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads) for learner acquisition
Work on SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
Develop and execute content marketing strategies across website, blogs, and social platforms
Contribute to brand positioning and digital presence of AcceleratorX
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, conversions, and ROI
Coordinate with design and content teams to create effective marketing assets
Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics and reporting tools
Required SkillsMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
SEO (On-page and Off-page basics)
SEM / Google Ads
Content Marketing & Brand Building
Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation strategies
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Preferred Background6 months 1+ year experience in EdTech digital marketing
Experience working with lead generation campaigns for courses or upskilling programs
Strong understanding of conversion-driven marketing strategies
