About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and growth-focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives for a design firm. You will drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative digital strategies and compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy & Growth: Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies through digital marketing and engaging content tailored for the design industry

· Campaign Management: Plan and manage web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

· Social Media Presence: Build, maintain, and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms

· Performance Reporting: Measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs; optimize based on data

· Content Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create compelling social media content

· Funnel Optimization: Identify conversion and drop-off points; optimize user funnels for better results

· Vendor Management: Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

· Trend Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and trends to keep the brand ahead

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing

· Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

· Experience with analytics tools and campaign reporting

· Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
