Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Digital Marketing Manager. The primary responsibilities include planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, and optimize brand presence. The role involves overseeing social media marketing efforts, analyzing web analytics, and creating integrated digital strategies. Additional tasks include collaborating with creative and content teams, managing advertising budgets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to generate measurable outcomes.

Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as the central leadership figure for all digital marketing operations, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team that includes SEO executives, social media specialists, performance marketers, content creators, and web developers.
This role is responsible for defining strategy, ensuring execution quality, and delivering measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI) for clients. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for all projects and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

1. Strategic Leadership
* Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies for multiple clients across channels (SEO, paid ads, social media, content, and web).

3. Project Ownership
* Act as the single point of contact for all ongoing projects.

4. Performance & Results Management
* Ensure clients receive consistent lead generation and desired outcomes.
* Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, CTR, ROI, and engagement metrics.
* Optimize campaigns continuously based on data and performance insights.
5. Systems & Process Development
* Build structured reporting systems where all team members report progress.
* Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for consistency and scalability.
* Implement tools and workflows to improve productivity and transparency.
6. Client Communication
* Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
* Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to clients.
* Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and results delivery.
7. Compliance & Quality Control
* Ensure all team members follow defined strategies and processes.
* Maintain consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution.
* Review and approve campaigns before launch.
