Role Description

TNC Aviation is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and build a strong, aspirational brand presence while driving consistent growth through integrated digital and on-ground marketing efforts. The role requires ownership of the overall marketing function, including brand positioning, content strategy, digital presence, performance marketing, and offline activations, with the objective of establishing TNC as a leading aviation training brand and generating sustained, high-quality inbound interest.

The individual will be responsible for shaping and executing a content-first marketing approach, driving storytelling across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the website, while ensuring consistency in communication, visual identity, and brand recall. They will oversee performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other digital channels, ensuring campaigns are optimized for reach, engagement, and lead generation aligned with business goals. In parallel, the role will lead offline initiatives such as seminars, student engagement events, and institutional activations, ensuring strong on-ground visibility and seamless integration with digital amplification. The role also involves building and managing an in-house team across content, creative, and performance functions, ensuring speed, quality, and accountability in execution. The candidate should be comfortable representing the brand when required, including appearing on camera for content and communication initiatives.

• Build and strengthen TNC Aviation's brand positioning and recall across target audiences

• Develop and execute a consistent, high-quality content strategy across all platforms

• Grow and manage digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website

• Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels

• Conceptualize and execute offline marketing initiatives including seminars and student events

• Ensure integration of online and offline campaigns for maximum impact

• Generate strong and consistent inbound lead flow through marketing efforts

• Build, lead, and manage an in-house marketing team for efficient execution

• Maintain consistency in brand communication, storytelling, and visual identity

Success in this role will be measured through: growth in brand visibility and engagement, consistency and performance of content output, expansion of digital audience, effectiveness of campaigns across online and offline channels, and the overall volume and quality of inbound leads.

Eligibility: 5–10 years of relevant experience in brand-led and digital marketing roles, with a strong track record in content strategy, social media growth, and performance marketing. Prior experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels and building/leading in-house teams is essential. Candidates must be data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable being on camera and representing the brand when required.
