Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Noida. Responsibilities include developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, overseeing lead generation efforts, conducting web analytics, and coordinating overall marketing activities. The Digital Marketing Manager will also analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization to help achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Handle Google Ads & Meta ads campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and content strategy
• Improve SEO ranking and website traffic.
• Generate quality leads and optimize campaign performance
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or franchise industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Manage ORM activity.
• Monitor brand review, rating, and online presence
• Analyze report using Google Analytics and other tools

Requirements:

• 2+years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO,SEM,Social Media & Paid Ads
• Experience in ORM(Online Reputation Management)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM tools
• Creative mindset with analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team management skills

Preferred:

• Google/Meta Certifications
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
