Digital Marketing ManagerAbout the Company

Maatya is a fast-growing provider of remote virtual assistant and digital support services, helping businesses across the UK, US, and Canada streamline operations and scale efficiently.

We support clients with administrative tasks, marketing, social media, website management, and more — enabling them to focus on growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand awareness, lead generation, campaign management, and digital growth.

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and marketing automation tools is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media platforms and growth strategies
  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Execute email marketing and automation campaigns
  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and SEO activities
  • Generate leads through outreach, funnels, and CRM tools
  • Create and manage content strategies, blogs, and marketing materials
  • Track campaign performance, analytics, and reporting
  • Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, funnels, automations, pipelines, and lead nurturing
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social media marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), funnel building, and workflow automation
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in B2B or service-based industries is a plus
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outsourcing, virtual assistance, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with US, UK, and Canada markets
  • Experience in lead generation funnels and CRM automation
