Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives and help drive brand visibility and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is eager to learn, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and grow within a luxury-focused brand environment.You will work closely with senior marketing leaders, designers, and sales teams to execute digital strategies across paid, organic, and content channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning, launching, and managing Google and Meta ad campaigns under guidance from senior team members.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make basic optimizations to improve reach, clicks, and lead quality.
Lead Generation & Funnel Support
- Support lead generation initiatives aimed at increasing inquiries through paid ads, landing pages, and organic channels.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing basic sales funnels to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
Content & Organic Growth
- Support SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates to improve search visibility.
- Assist in executing content marketing initiatives, including blogs, social media posts, and campaign creatives.
Website & Landing Page Support
- Help manage landing pages and website content to improve user experience and form submissions.
- Coordinate with designers or developers for minor updates and testing.
Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to understand trends in luxury interior design and digital marketing.
- Share insights and observations with the marketing team to support strategy development.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly or monthly performance summaries.
- Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports for internal review.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with ongoing projects and offers.
- Support campaign timelines and task tracking using project management tools.
Brand Support
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Support influencer collaborations, social media activities, and brand visibility initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Digital Marketing Fundamentals
- 13 years of experience or strong hands-on exposure in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing concepts.
Tools & Platforms (Working Knowledge Preferred)
- Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- SEO tools
- Content platforms like WordPress or HubSpot
- Email tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
