Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimizeMeta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Adscampaigns
- Managelead generation funnelsfor multiple business verticals
- OptimizeCPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion ratescontinuously
- Create and testad creatives, copy, audiences, and funnels
- ImplementA/B testingand performance experiments
- Track and analyze performance usingMeta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and dashboards
- Work closely with design and content teams for high-converting creatives
- Set up and manageretargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking
- UseAI tools(ChatGPT, Midjourney, AdCreative.ai, etc.) for ad copy, creatives, and optimization
- ApplyGenerative AI & automation toolsto improve campaign efficiency
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Continuously test and scale winning campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years experience inDigital Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience generatingqualified leads and ROI-positive campaigns
- Strong understanding of:
- Pixel tracking & conversion APIs
- Audience segmentation & funnel building
- Landing page optimization
- Experience withAI-based marketing toolsand automation
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Excellent communication and campaign planning ability
