About Onroadz:
Onroadz is a premier self-drive car rental service committed to providing seamless travel experiences. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our customer acquisition efforts. You will be directly responsible for increasing our fleet bookings through aggressive SEO strategies and high-ROAS paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Primary Focus:

  • Local & Organic Growth: Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to rank Onroadz #1 for high-intent keywords (e.g., self-drive cars in Chennai, car rental near me) across all operating cities.

  • On-Page & Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits of onroadz.com to ensure site speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup are optimized for bookings.

  • Content Strategy: Create briefs for location-specific landing pages and blogs that drive organic traffic from travelers and local commuters.

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and keyword strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for market dominance.

Paid Advertising (Google & Meta):

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end management of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with a strict focus on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

  • Retargeting: Set up dynamic remarketing campaigns to convert users who dropped off during the booking process.

  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-performing ad creatives (videos of the fleet, customer testimonials, and offer banners).

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console to track traffic, booking conversions, and user behavior flows.

  • Optimization: continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to lower the cost per booking.

  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports on keyword rankings, ad spend, and revenue generated to the management team.



Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the travel, rental, or e-commerce sectors.

  • SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of Local SEO (Google My Business/Maps optimization), link-building strategies, and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest).

  • Ads Proficiency: Demonstrated success in running profitable Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads campaigns. You must know how to track conversions and setup pixels correctly.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and report to stakeholders.

  • Agility: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust strategies based on seasonal demand (e.g., weekends, holidays).
