Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Monitor ROI-driven performance marketing strategies for both finance and lifestyle brands.
- Track and analyse KPIs and user engagement metrics.
- Design and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee daily content creation (reels, posts, stories), scheduling, and audience interaction.
- Coordinate with design/content teams for visually appealing, brand-aligned campaigns.
- Oversee Shopify operations, including product uploads, collections, conversion optimisation, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with developers for regular website updates, SEO, and performance monitoring.
- Optimise the company websites for user experience and lead generation.
- Manage and coordinate updates and UI/UX for the company's mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to implement features aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and drive revenue across financial services and e-commerce verticals.
- Analyse customer data, trends, and market competition to suggest growth strategies.
- Identify and scale channels that deliver profitable growth (organic, paid, partnerships, email, etc. ).
- Collaborate with sales, design, tech, and senior management to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Regularly report performance metrics, campaign results, and marketing ROI to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven 2+ years of experience in full-stack digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in Shopify, website platforms (WordPress or custom CMS), and app management tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user journeys for both finance and fashion domains.
- Excellent grasp of social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills and ROI orientation.
- Leadership and team collaboration experience.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
