Job Overview

Upskill Rocket is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage and execute lead generation, branding, and performance marketing campaigns for our training programs. The role requires strong hands-on expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive measurable enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Manage Upskill Rocket's website traffic, landing pages, and conversions
• Handle SEO activities to improve organic visibility for course-related keywords
• Manage social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create and execute campaigns for course launches, webinars, and new batches
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ad Managers
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with trainers, counselors, designers, and content teams
• Support WhatsApp automation, email marketing, and CRM-based follow-ups
• Stay updated with education marketing trends and platform algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong expertise in:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube – Lead Focused)
• Meta Ads (Lead Forms, Conversion Campaigns)
• SEO (On-page, Off-page, Local SEO)
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
• Knowledge of landing page optimization & CRO
• Experience working on education, coaching, or lead-based businesses
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns & deadlines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with WordPress & landing page builders
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM)
• Basic video marketing & reel optimization understanding
• Experience in student lead nurturing & funnel building
