Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute our digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and influencer channels. You will also be responsible for driving our SEO strategy, managing performance reporting, and delivering key marketing KPIs to support business growth.

Salary Range: INR 25,000 to INR 30,0000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing (Meta & Google):
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Track ROI, CTR, CPA, and other critical performance metrics.
  • Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage influencer briefs, content approvals, and campaign timelines.
  • Track influencer campaign performance and impact on sales/engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Set up tracking using GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports across all channels.
  • Analyze funnel data to recommend improvements.
  • SEO Strategy:
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-optimized content.
  • Monitor search rankings and implement technical SEO improvements.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or manual coordination).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding for SEO.
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools.
