Job Title: Deputy Manager – Human Resources (OD & Learning)
Location: Mumbai (Head Office)
Role Overview:
The role focuses on driving Organizational Development (OD) and Learning initiatives across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for designing OD interventions, facilitating development centers, managing coaching projects, and delivering leadership training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand employee and business needs through stakeholder interactions and diagnostic tools
- Design and implement OD interventions such as high performer studies, job analysis, and competency mapping
- Independently manage development centers including tool design, facilitation, feedback, data analysis, and development planning
- Lead coaching initiatives including executive coaching for senior leaders and managing internal coaching programs
- Facilitate classroom and virtual leadership development programs
- Create training content and evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business requirements
- Ensure effective planning and communication within the training team and across functions
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in HRM/HRD or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in OD, L&D, or training consulting in mid to large organizations
- Strong experience in OD interventions, development centers, coaching, and training facilitation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centric approach with agility and responsiveness
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership
- Multilingual skills are an added advantage
